Leave the M1 at Jct 10 and head for Luton airport. Continue ahead at the first roundabout, then at the next two roundabouts take the first exit left onto the A505 Gypsy Lane towards Luton Town Centre. Continue ahead at the next two mini-roundabouts, then at the large roundabout take the 1st left A505 West, Park Viaduct. Follow the road around to the right, continue ahead 2nd exit at the next roundabout, then take the next left off the dual carriageway. Turn 180 degrees left back on yourself into Regent St, where you will find the hotel.
