Holly Tree is a friendly, family run house conveniently situated for all the amenities of Colwyn Bay. Only 100 yards from the beach, and 5 minutes from the railway station, shops and market with local coach pickup. For the benefit of our guests, the guest house has a policy of non smoking throughout.
We offer comfortable rooms with private facilities, colour TV, tea and coffee tray, controllable heating and some off road parking space available.
Bed and breakfast includes full traditional cooking. We also cater for individuals with special diets. Light refreshments supplied on request.

From £65 for 2 or more nights, per room, per night Single occupancy of double/twin room from £40 for 2 or more nights, per room, per night (we do not have any single rooms) No single supplement - Bank Holiday Weekends, July, August, Christmas and New Year weeks.
No family rooms - children sharing with 2 adults under 12 months - free 1 year to to 12 years - £15 per night 12 years and over - adult rates per night
£5 extra supplement for all rooms for a one night stay

Directions:
From the North: Leave the A55 at the Colwyn Bay signpost. At the slipway traffic lights - turn right- carry on past the railway station. Marine road is the 6th road on the left.

From Ireland and South and West Wales: Leave the A55 at the sliproad signposted for Rhos-on-Sea. Turn right at the traffic lights. Take the first exit at mini roundabout - through next set of traffic lights, Marine road is 3rd road on the left. Holly Tree is on the left.
